A few suggestions:
1. Straighten and fix the eyelashes
2. Make the eye color transitions smoother
3. Give the eye itself (pupil) a black circle to differentiate it. It'll look better, trust me.
4. Finish the nose area.
5. Add an eyebrow
6. Add some sort of eyelid
It looks fine now, but I think with these additions it can look much better.
