PencilMadness is a free online application that lets you draw and publish images in our gallery. You can also save images as jpg or Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) directly to your computer. The main idea of the application is to keep it simple, fast and easy to use. We strongly believe this simplicity can bring out the best from your creativity! Some bushes used in aplication are inspired by Mr. doob’s project ‘Harmony’
How can I get a free pencilmadness account?
Just draw and when publishing leave us your correct email! After we notice and review your work we may send you an invitation. Be sure your email is properly formated. Please note we’ll not share it with anyone.
We feature images we just like for some reasons. Don’t worry if your work isn’t featured, it does not mean much and the whole thing is very subjective. We can’t review every single image.

All pictures are copyrighted by their respective authors and shouldn’t be used without their permission.
I’m a registered user but I didn’t signed in before I’ve started drawing. How I can add image to my gallery?
Don’t worry, just finish and publish the image. After that, sign in and use ‘authorize’ option, that can be find on image’s page. After we verify that the image is yours, it will be added to your gallery (This may take up to 24 hours).

If you wish to give us a feedback, report a bug, cooperate or share ideas, you’ll find our email in the site’s footer. You can also write a comment on this blog, or just write something in your sketch 
Application runs slow and lags, what I can do?
This happens mainly if you’re using first two brushes a lot. We are working to make it as fast as possible however the speed of the application depends partly on your machine speed and the software you’re using. What you can do:
-do not overuse first two brushes (those 2 are ‘resource eaters’)
-use Internet Explorer or Opera (those browsers have good Flashplayers), for now we do not recommend using Firefox and Google Chrome as there are some issues with flashplayers for this browsers
-speed up your computer by closing any other applications
